1. General provisions
These Terms of Use govern the relationship between the legal entity Camping d.o.o. Kovilj, hereinafter referred to as the Campsite, and the service user, hereinafter referred to as the Guest.
By using the campuccino.org website, making a reservation or staying at the Campsite, the Guest confirms that he is familiar with these Terms of Use and that he fully accepts them.
The Terms of Use are an integral part of any contractual relationship between the Guest and the Campsite.
2. Reservations and conclusion of the contract
Reservations can be made through the official website, by email or by phone.
The reservation becomes legally binding only after a written confirmation by the Campsite and the payment of the advance payment, if any.
Verbal agreements, informal communication or prior information do not have legal effect unless confirmed in writing.
The Campsite reserves the right to refuse a reservation at its discretion.
3. Advance payment and payment
To confirm the reservation, the Campsite may require an advance payment.
The amount of the advance payment, the payment deadline and the method of payment are clearly stated in the offer or reservation confirmation.
If the advance payment is not paid within the stipulated period, the reservation is considered canceled without additional obligation of the Campsite.
The remaining amount of the stay is to be paid upon arrival or according to the instructions given in the booking confirmation.
4. Prices and tourist tax
All prices are expressed in euros unless otherwise stated.
Tourist tax is not included in the price of accommodation, unless explicitly stated, and is paid in accordance with the applicable regulations of the Republic of Serbia.
The Campsite reserves the right to change the price list for future reservations.
5. Arrival and departure
Check-in is from 14:00.
Check-out is until 11.00.
In case of late arrival, the Guest is obliged to inform the Campsite in advance.
If the Guest does not arrive on the day of arrival and does not inform the Campsite, the Campsite reserves the right to further distribute the accommodation unit or pitch, without the obligation to refund the paid funds.
6. Cancellation and no-show
The cancellation policy is defined in the booking confirmation and depends on the type of accommodation and the period of stay.
In the event of late cancellation, no-show or early departure, the Guest is not entitled to a refund of the funds paid, in whole or in part, in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy.
Guests are advised to take out travel cancellation insurance.
7. Stay of minors
Minors are not allowed to stay in the Campsite unaccompanied by an adult.
An accompanying adult bears full responsibility for the conduct, safety and possible damage caused by minors.
8. Code of conduct and house rules
During their stay, the guest is obliged to behave in accordance with the rules of the Campsite, applicable laws and the rules of mutual respect and peace.
Night peace must be observed in the period from 22:00 to 07:00.
The Campsite reserves the right, in case of serious or repeated violation of the rules, to terminate the Guest’s stay without the obligation to refund the funds.
9. Responsibility of the Guest
The guest is obliged to use the accommodation and infrastructure carefully and to report any damage immediately after occurrence.
The guest bears full material responsibility for any damage caused by him or persons accompanying him to the Camp.
10. Responsibility of the Campsite
The Campsite is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
The camp is not responsible for damage caused by force majeure, weather or unforeseen circumstances.
The use of all Campsite facilities is at the Guest’s own risk.
11. Pets
Pets are allowed only with prior notice and in accordance with the rules of the Campsite.
The owner of the pet is responsible for its behavior, safety, and any damage.
12. Data protection
The personal data of the Guests is processed in accordance with the applicable regulations and the Privacy Policy published on the campuccino.org website.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on the campuccino.org website, including texts, photographs and graphic elements, is protected by copyright.
It is prohibited to copy, reproduce or use commercially without the prior written permission of the Campsite.
14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Novi Sad.
