To ensure a peaceful, safe, and enjoyable stay for all guests, we kindly ask you to familiarize yourself with the campsite rules and respect them throughout your stay.
By staying at the campsite, you are deemed to be familiar with these rules and to fully accept them.
1. Check-in, stay and check-out
• Stay in the campsite is allowed only to registered guests.
• All guests are required to check in at the reception upon arrival, with a valid ID.
• Minors can stay in the campsite only if accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
• Check-in and check-out are handled at reception. Times are confirmed during booking.
• Extension of stay is possible only by prior arrangement with the reception and subject to availability.
2. Visitors
• Visitors must register at reception prior to entering the campsite.
• Visits are allowed only during the daytime periods defined by the campsite.
• Night visits are not permitted.
• The guest bears full responsibility for the behavior of his visitors.
3. Peace, quiet, and conduct within the campsite
Camping Campuccino is a campsite dedicated to rest, nature and peace.
• Quiet hours are observed from 22:00 to 07:00.
• During this period, noise, loud music, loud conversations, and vehicle movement within the campsite are prohibited.
• Considerate behavior and respect for the privacy of other guests is expected during the day.
• Any behavior that violates the peace, safety or comfort of other guests is not allowed.
The campsite management reserves the right to remove guests who do not comply with the rules of peace and conduct.
4. Traffic and vehicles
• The speed of vehicles within the campsite is a maximum of 10 km/h.
• Vehicles are used exclusively for arrival and departure.
• Vehicles are not allowed in the campsite during the night.
• Parking is permitted only in designated parking areas.
5. Pitches and campsite area
• Guests may use only the pitch or space allocated to them by the campsite.
• It is forbidden to fence off pitches, dig canals, or damage soil, trees, and greenery.
• It is forbidden to place equipment, vehicles or other objects outside the boundaries of the allocated area.
• It is forbidden to drive stakes, pegs, rods or any objects into the ground, including the fastening of tents, awnings, tarpaulins or other equipment, due to the existence of underground installations.
• Any ground intervention without prior approval from campsite staff is prohibited.
• The guest bears full responsibility for any damage caused by the violation of these rules.
• If necessary, the campsite staff will be happy to provide information on permitted alternative solutions for stabilizing the equipment.
• Guests are asked to keep the space tidy during their stay and to leave it in the condition in which they would like to find it.
6. Cleanliness, sanitary facilities, and waste
• Maintaining cleanliness is a shared responsibility of all guests.
• Sanitary facilities must be used carefully and left tidy after each use.
• Washing dishes and laundry is allowed only in designated areas.
• Waste must be separated and disposed of exclusively in marked containers.
• It is forbidden to leave waste on the pitches or common areas.
7. Fire, grilling and safety
• Open fire is strictly prohibited in the entire campsite.
• Only electric or gas grills are allowed, with maximum attention and without disturbing other guests.
• The use of flammable and hazardous materials is prohibited.
• Guests are required to follow all safety instructions of the campsite staff.
8. Pets
• Pets are allowed only with prior notice and approval.
• Pets must be supervised and kept on a leash at all times.
• Pets are not allowed in sanitary facilities and common enclosed areas.
• Owners are obliged to clean up after their pets and not to disturb other guests.
• The campsite reserves the right to remove guests whose pets disturb peace or safety.
9. Responsibility and personal belongings
• Guests stay at the campsite at their own risk.
• The campsite is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.
• Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the campsite property or other guests.
10. Respect for nature
Camping Campuccino is a place that respects nature and the environment.
• Please save water and electricity.
• Damage to flora and fauna is prohibited.
• Leave nature as you would like to find it.
11. Liability for damage to campsite property
• The guest is fully responsible for any damage caused by him, his companions, visitors or vehicles to the campsite’s property.
• This includes, but is not limited to, damage to electrical and plumbing connections, lockers and outlets on pitches, ramps, sanitary facilities, roofs, canopies, installations, traffic and other infrastructure of the campsite.
• Any damage caused by improper vehicle maneuvering, negligence, or failure to follow instructions or signage shall be considered the sole responsibility of the guest.
• The guest is obliged to immediately report any damage to the campsite staff or reception.
• The campsite reserves the right to charge the costs of repair, replacement or repair of damaged property, including any additional costs incurred due to the temporary exclusion of the facility or part of the campsite from use.
• Repair costs may be charged immediately or at a later date, based on the campsite’s assessment.
• In the event of serious damage, unreported damage or repeated violation of the rules, the campsite reserves the right to remove the guest from the campsite without the right to a refund.
• The assessment of the amount of damage and the cost of repair is carried out by the campsite.
12. Final provisions
The campsite management reserves the right, in case of violation of the rules, to take appropriate measures, including warning or removal from the campsite, without the right to a refund.
